So I didn’t make anything from my last Menu Plan. Then the Holidays hit and everything exploded. I ate WAY to much of some very delicious, very unhealthy food including 3 bowls of spinach and artichoke dip with bacon, cookies, meatballs, and of course, wine. So we’re going to try this again. This week is a short one, since it’s already Wednesday, but we’ll see how it goes.
