A quick post this time. Husband made the MOST delicious brats and I had to share the recipe with everyone.
- Angry Orchard’s Traditional Dry Hard Cider
- 1/2 a yellow onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp kosher salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 6 fresh, uncooked brats
- Sauer kraut (optional)
- Apple BBQ sauce (optional, but STRONGLY recommended. We got ours from Maiden Rock Cidery)
- Combine cider, onion, pepper, salt, garlic, vinegar and brats in a dish and marinade for at least 1 hour. Grill until done. Serve with kraut and apple bbq sauce.
